Speed of Shipment: We stock all of our products (we do not drop ship.) Your order (except for personalized books) ships the same or the following business day from either Omaha, Nebraska.
Last Day to Order Personalized Books: We recommend personalized books be ordered no later than the 15th of December to ensure delivery by Christmas. One book ships First Class Mail; two or more books ship Priority Mail. (We will ship one book via Priority Mail for an additional$6.00.)
Mailing to a Different Address: If you wish us to mail your order to a different address and PayPal does not allow you to give a different shipping address; please call and we will take your shipping address and payment information over the telephone. Once you see this screen, your work order has been sent to us.
During the 2008 Christmas shopping season, we experienced problems shipping to Canada and other non-US locations. To ensure delivery, in a reasonable period of time, we are requiring all non-US shipments be made via Global Priority Mail.

We will do everything possible to ensure you receive your order on time and without any errors.
Our prices, for most of our products, include shipping and handling charges (to US addresses only). Other sites may look less expensive, but their advertised prices probably don't include shipping and handling. These additional charges can add several dollars to the cost of your order.
With a few exceptions, our non-personalized books and
products are shipped via First Class or Media Mail depending on how much your
order weighs. If your entire order weighs 13 ounces or less it will ship via First
Class Mail. Orders over 13 ounces ship Media Mail, with normally takes
2-10 days. For an additional $6.00, we will ship your
entire order, not matter how big, to any one location in the United
States.
Orders for personalized books are normally shipped 48-72 hours after we receive your order. During the months of
November and December this may stretch out to five or six days depending on
the number of orders we receive.
Personalized
certificates, non-personalized books and other non-personalized products are normally shipped the same day
or within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
As soon as we receive confirmation of payment for a personalized book or books:
- we'll
send you a confirmation message
- confirm date of shipment
- include a copy of each order you've submitted.
We'll ask you to review your order for accuracy.
If we don't hear from you, we'll consider your order to be correct, prepare your
order and ship it on the date promised.
- Orders received Monday will be shipped Wednesday or Thursday (Nov & Dec may take longer)
- Orders received Saturday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday, etc. (Nov & Dec may take longer)
We ship orders of one personalized book via USPS First Class
Mail.
We ship orders of two or more personalized books via USPS PRIORITY Mail (2-3 days delivery).
Non-personalized books are shipped via Media Mail, 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail.
For an additional $6.00 we will ship your entire order (all products) via Priority Mail to one US or APO/FPO address.
We will do everything possible to make your buying experience a pleasant one,
and fully guarantee our books.

Our 2012 Shipping Policy: (USPS Priority Mail)
If you wish faster delivery of your ENTIRE order, Priority Mail is a good method. Delivery is normally made within 2-3 days. For an additional $6.00, we will ship your ENTIRE order (no matter how big or small) to one United States or US Military APO/FPO address.
Non-personalized books, products and personalized certificates are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order and payment.
Personalized books are normally shipped 2-4 days after we receive your order and payment.

Important Note: If you live in Hawaii or Alaska and your order is shipping via media Mail; we strongly recommend upgrading to Priority shipping. Media mail can take weeks for delivery to Hawaii and Alaska.
